Rachel Bean RVN MCFBA

Thursday 27th November saw our North West technicians Georgina and Rachel have a productive meeting with Registered Veterinary Nurse Rachel Bean.  Joining us for an equine scan in Lancashire, Rachel was impressed with the level of professionalism, care and attention to detail that is instilled within the SyncThermology team.

Georgina and Rachel are looking forward to developing a working relationship with Rachel and the many bodies and groups she is involved with. Rachel is accredited by the RCVS and has been a practicing veterinary nurse for 18 years. She has more recently branched out into other areas of the veterinary industry in particular the canine world to pursue her own passions and interests, with further qualifications and experience including:

               -          Being a full member of the Canine and Feline Behaviour Association.

This is one of the select group of organisations empowered to undertake behaviour

cases through pet insurance – be sure to check your pet insurance covers behaviour!

 -          She is a Master Dog Trainer with the Guild of Dog Trainers

               -          She is a Tutor for the Foundation Level Degree at  the Cambridge Institute of Dog

                       Behaviour and Training.

               -          She has attained Certificate in Companion Animal Behaviour issued by the British Veterinary

                       Nurse Association.

               -          She is a Former Kennel Manager with the National Canine Defence League (Dog’s Trust)

-          She is a Consultant Behaviourist with K9 Swim, the North West’s largest hydrotherapy pool.

A well respected figure in the canine world, Rachel discussed her excitement at developing a working relationship with SyncThermology and our North West team going forward into 2015 and we are thrilled at the momentum this working partnership is gathering.
